What has been one memorable moment in 2018? In December, the Health Center held a baby shower event to talk about breastfeeding and newborn care. It was a busy month and we only had one week to prepare. Unexpectedly, more than 20 parents-to-be joined us. I could tell from people’s faces that they were keen to learn. After the event, more than half of them stayed, asked more questions, and shared their own feelings and knowledge with each other. It was one of the sweetest events I helped host. I’m always happy to know that I can do something meaningful to help those in need. Their support and satisfaction are the best rewards of my work.
